The Idaho Vandals and the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks meet in college basketball action from the Idaho Central Arena on Saturday. Let’s dive into the odds, injuries, matchup history and make a prediction for this game.
Northern Arizona is listed as a 4.5-point home favorite with the total for this game set at 141.5 points.
Neither side has anyone listed on the injury report for this game, so barring any last-minute announcements, both sides will come into this game at full strength.
Northern Arizona’s 72-50 win over Idaho back on February 18th, 2023, snapped Idaho’s two-game win streak in this head-to-head matchup.
Idaho is 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall and 1-8-1 ATS in their last 10 Saturday games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games overall. Northern Arizona is 6-1 ATS in their last 7 Saturday games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following an ATS loss while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 games overall.
I’m leaning towards the Lumberjacks here. Not a game I’m rushing to bet, but while this is a bit of a pseudo home game for Idaho, the problem is that the Vandals offense fell off of a cliff down the stretch and that’s not what you want going into a conference tournament. Northern Arizona may not have been winning a ton of games, but they’ve been scoring points and giving themselves a chance. They also won the last meeting at Idaho by 22 points. I’ll take a shot with the Lumberjacks laying the points here.
