This game has been postponed. The American University Eagles will travel to Cotterell Court to take on the Colgate Raiders this Friday night in College Basketball action.

The American University Eagles lost their 2^nd straight game and dropped to 4-9 on the season after being defeated by the Lehigh Mountain Hawks, 63-61, this past Saturday. American University led by a 35-26 margin at halftime, however, the Eagles offense struggled throughout the 2^nd half and could not fight back after Lehigh took a 60-53 lead with 6:42 left in regulation. American University shot 50.0% form the field & 37.5% from beyond the arc while allowing Lehigh to shoot 45.5% from the field & 23.8% from beyond the arc. Leading the way for the Eagles was Johnny O’Neil who had a double-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks, & 2 steals.

Colgate struggled defensively against Lehigh and could not fight back after a 10-0 Mountain Hawks run gave Lehigh a 72-67 lead with 3:26 left in regulation. Colgate shot 51.6% from the field & 37.5% from beyond the arc while allowing Lehigh to shoot 50.0% from the field & 38.1% from beyond the arc. Leading the way for the Raiders was Tucker Richardson who had 20 points, 7 rebounds, & 2 assists.

On the season, Colgate is averaging 75.1 ppg on 44.8% shooting from the field. The Raiders are averaging 10.7 three-pointers per game on 39.0% shooting from beyond the arc.
