The Washington State Cougars will look to rebound from a 71-61 loss to Boise State in their last game. TJ Bamba led the Cougars with 24 points on 9 of 16 shooting with 4 threes and 7 rebounds while Mouhamed Gueye added 12 points and Justin Powell had 10 points with 7 rebounds to finish off the trio of double-digit scorers for Washington State in the win. DJ Rodman added a team-high 14 rebounds as well in the victory for Washington State.

The Prairie View A&M Panthers come into this one at 2-0 after a 95-68 win over subdivision North American last time out. Hegel Augustin led the Panthers with 23 points on 8 of 17 shooting with 5 rebounds while Brian Myles and Will Douglas each had 15 points with Myles shooting 5 of 6 from the floor with a team-high 6 rebounds while Douglas added 3 threes with 5 rebounds as well. Tekorian Smith added 14 points on 6 of 11 shooting and Tahuza Rasas added 10 points to cap off the scoring in double figures for Prairie View A&M in the win.

Washington State is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 Tuesday games and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 road games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 road games. Prairie View A&M is 8-0 ATS in their last 8 games following a win by 20 or more points and 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall while the under is 6-2 in their last 8 home games.

I get the case to be made either way in this one as I’m not overly fond of jumping on Washington State on the road, but the problem here is that the Panthers haven’t played anyone to this point and the Cougars actually have a decent lineup that can make Prairie View A&M pay. The Panthers surprise certain teams here and there, but this isn’t one of those spots. Give me the Cougars on the road here.
