The Marquette Golden Eagles and the Providence Friars meet in college hoops action from the Dunkin Donuts Center on Sunday afternoon.

Reeves has 10.7 PPG to round out the group of double-digit scorers for Providence so far this season. Marquette is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games and 7-0 ATS in their last 7 games overall while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games following a win. Providence is 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games overall and 25-10 ATS in their last 35 games against a team with a winning record while the under is 7-3 in their last 10 games following a win.

I get the allure of backing the Golden Eagles after they stomped out the Friars in the first meeting, but that’s why I’m backing the Friars here. Providence’s playing some of the best basketball in the Big East this season and they just didn’t show up against Marquette in the first meeting. The Friars were humiliated in that game and I think they’ve zoned in on this game since then. I look for Providence to get a nice helping of revenge as they get the win and cover here.
