San Francisco went 11-5 through their first 16 games, losing to Davidson, Utah State, New Mexico, TX-Arlington and Santa Clara. The Dons are 3-4 since then with wins over LMU, Pacific and BYU in that time.
Last Saturday versus BYU, the Dons were up 37-28 by the break. San Francisco cruised with 45 more points in the second half and took the win 82-74. Tyrell Roberts was the top team score on 30 points.

ANDREW’S FREE PICK
I’ll probably stick with San Francisco in this one. The Dons are on a rough run right now; they’ve lost five of their last eight games against some pretty stiff competition. San Francisco has still kept their offense going, though; they’ve hit 78 or more points in three of their last four games and routinely finish above 70 points more often than not. So long as the Dons can get to that threshold in Saturday’s matchup, I think they’ll be fine cover-wise. San Diego can probably hang around for a while but I don’t think the Toreros have the legs to cover.
