The Eastern Illinois Panthers and the SIU Edwardsville Cougars meet Thursday in college basketball action from Vadalabene Center. PICK: I’m going to take a stab on Eastern Illinois here. There’s not much to like when it comes to both teams’ records this year, but this matchup should be competitive. The last time these teams met up was a 66-53 road win for SIU Edwardsville back on January 13—the last time the Cougars won a game, in fact. This one should be close as well, but Eastern Illinois has been playing better lately. I like the Panthers to power out a revenge cover.
