TN-Martin started out the year at a reasonable 6-8 overall, but they’ve only been able to win two games since January 6. The Skyhawks have fallen to Tennessee State, SIUE, Eastern Illinois, Morehead State and Murray State in their last five games.
Matched up against Murray State on Saturday, the Skyhawks had a 33-27 lead by halftime. TN-Martin lost it with a 27-35 deficit in the second for a 62-60 defeat. KJ Simon was tops in scoring with 24 points and nine rebounds.
Over on the Southeast Missouri State side, they had a pretty solid 5-2 run in January and early February but otherwise it’s been a struggle this year for them as well. Following losses to Austin Peay, Belmont and Tennessee Tech, the Redhawks beat Morehead State over the weekend.

The Redhawks are 6-1 ATS in their last seven at home and 12-26-2 ATS in their last 40 after an ATS win. SEMO is 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 Thursday games.
Meanwhile, the Skyhawks are 1-4 ATS in their last five road games and 5-15 ATS in their last 20 Thursday games. TN-Martin is 5-15 ATS in their last 20 after an ATS win.
PICK: I’m going to stay with Southeast Missouri State. There’s not a lot to like about this matchup, but it should be a decent game. The Redhawks are struggling through a 1-3 stretch right now, but they’ve still been scoring pretty well. SEMO has put up 72 or more in four of the last five games. As for TN Martin, they’ve been at 63 points or below in four of their last five (all losses). Southeast Missouri State should have full control at home in this one.
