St. John’s vs Creighton Prediction

St. John’s rolls into this matchup as one of the top teams in the country and they are looking to cap it off with a Big East Tournament Title here. The Red Storm have won eight games in a row and they went 18-2 in the Big East in the regular season. St. John’s plays very strong defense and they have allowed 63 points or fewer in three of their last four games. Creighton was able to survive against DePaul on Thursday and they took it to UConn on Friday, but this will be a much more difficult task. The Bluejays are the better shooting team from the field, but their defense has allowed 74+ points in three of their last five games. Creighton did win the first meeting with St. John’s by a score of 57-56, but the Red Storm won the second game by a score of 79-73. I do think Creighton has a chance to win this game, but I think St. John’s defense is going to slow things down. Take the under here.
