In the rematch versus UMKC on Saturday, the Eagles took a 36-22 edge into the second half. Oral Roberts posted a 49-35 run from there and won 85-57. Max Abmas was the leading team scorer on 21 points and three assists.

ANDREW’S FREE PICK
I’m going to try St. Thomas MN here. The Tommies have been a mixed bag over their last 10 games, but they’re still playing fairly well in both low- and high-scoring matchups. St. Thomas MN didn’t fare so well the last time these teams met up, though; that one was an 81-69 Oral Roberts victory on January 14 at Mabee Center. The Tommies were outscored 38-30 in the first half and never caught up. That said, with the extra momentum of a home game in this one, I think St. Thomas MN can power out a cover if they play to their capabilities. Should be a fun and competitive matchup regardless.
