The UCF Knights will play the TCU Horned Frogs in a Big 12 game on Saturday night at Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Let’s take a look at the UCF preview, TCU preview, betting matchup, and the UCF vs TCU prediction.

The Knights are scoring 71 points per game with 37.6 rebounds per game and 11.6 assists per game, while allowing 66.7 points against per game this year. Jaylin Sellers is averaging 16 points per game, 3.6 rebounds per game, and 1.1 assists per game. UCF is shooting 41.9% from the field, 70.3% on free throws, and 31% on three pointers this season.

TCU Preview

The TCU Horned Frogs are 20-10 (9-8) this season after they defeated West Virginia by a score of 93-81 in their last game. TCU led 53-38 at the half and they were able to get the win, despite allowing 43 second half points. The Horned Frogs shot 55.6% from the field and made 11 three pointers in the game. TCU lost to BYU by a score of 87-75 and Baylor by a score of 62-54 in the two games prior to West Virginia. The Horned Frogs are scoring 80.5 points per game with 36.8 rebounds per game and 17.4 assists per game, while giving up 71.4 points against per game this season. Emanuel Miller is averaging 16.1 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game, and 2.7 assists per game. TCU is shooting 47.5% from the field, 73.4% on free throws, and 36.2% on three pointers this year.

UCF vs TCU Betting Prediction

TCU has had some struggles over the last couple of weeks, but they were able to pick up a win over West Virginia in their last game. The Horned Frogs are scoring over 80 points per game and they are shooting 47.5% from the field. UCF is near the bottom of the Big 12 standings, but they have played decently well against Houston and Iowa State in their last two games. The Knights are only shooting 41.9% from the field, but they are the better defensive team in this matchup. I do like TCU to get the win in this game, but I am going to take UCF and the points.
