The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks and the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros meet Saturday in college basketball action from UTRGV Fieldhouse. Stephen F. Austin is 21-8 on the year so far. The Lumberjacks beat New Mexico State in their last game. As for UT Rio Grande Valley, they’re 8-21 on the season and coming off a win over Lamar. PICK: I’m going to stay with Stephen F. Austin. The Lumberjacks have been on a nice offensive clip over this nine-game win streak. They’ve hit 69 or more points in every outing. It’s been a while since these teams last saw each other; Stephen F. Austin took an 86-75 victory at home back on January 11 in the most recent meeting. UTRGV has been wildly unpredictable since then with a pretty rough overall record. Stephen F. Austin should have the advantage on a cover if they play to their capabilities.
