The Kentucky Wildcats come into this one looking to rebound from back-to-back losses after a 103-92 loss to Tennessee last time out. Vanderbilt Team Preview

The Vanderbilt Commodores come into this game looking to build on a 68-61 win over Missouri last time out. Ezra Manjon leads the Commodores in scoring and assists with 14.7 PPG and 3.4 APG along with 3.1 RPG while Tyrin Lawrence has 14.2 PPG with 5.4 RPG. Ven-Allen Lubin also has 10.2 PPG with 5.8 RPG to cap off the scoring in double figures for Vandy this season. As a team, Vanderbilt is averaging 66.4 PPG on 39.2% shooting from the field, 28% from three and 71.1% from the foul line this season.

Kentucky vs. Vanderbilt Prediction

I’m on Kentucky here. I just don’t think that Vanderbilt has what it takes to hang for a full 40 minutes. For the most part this season, even at home, Vanderbilt’s had trouble keeping the better teams in the conference within reach, losing to Auburn twice by double-digits as well as Tennessee. Give me Kentucky in this one.
