ANDREW’S FREE PICK

I’ll take a stab on Georgia Tech here, but you could make a case either way. It’ll be a great matchup. The Yellow Jackets put up a nice all-around effort on the road versus a struggling Virginia team in their last outing, posting 514 total yards, 29 first downs, zero turnovers and three takeaways on defense. Georgia Tech has now scored 91 points over their last two games; the offense is working very well these days.

As for Clemson, they’re coming off a great win over a tough Notre Dame squad. The victory didn’t come without mistakes, though: the Tigers posted a pair of turnovers and went just 5-of-15 on third-down tries. The defense was great on three takeaways, 13 first downs and 3-of-13 on thirds, which drove Clemson to the win. This Saturday’s game could shake out a lot of different ways. I like Georgia Tech a little better on the cover, but it’ll be a fun one regardless.
