I considered the Texas State Bobcats in this spot, but the value is with the home dog. The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers have not only won 4 straight games, but they’re far more trustworthy defensively. Texas State is 98th in total defense, 116th in pass defense and 89th in scoring defense. Both offenses can put points on the board and while Texas State is elite offensively, it’s Coastal Carolina that can confidently string stops together.
