The Aggies out gained Sam Houston by a total of 350-313, went 9-13 on third downs, and won the turnover battle by a total of 3-1 in the game. Logan Fife went 19-26 for 255 yards and one touchdown, while Kadarius Calloway rushed 15 times for 66 yards and one score. TK King led the receivers with six receptions for 132 yards in the win. Both of these teams come into this matchup with a 1-1 record in conference play, so this is a very big game for each side. Liberty has dealt with some injuries to their quarterback room, but Vasko returned last week and led them to an easy win. New Mexico State hasn’t been great on either side of the ball and they have allowed 38 and 49 points in two of their last three games. I think the Liberty offense is lined up to have a big day here, so I like the Flames to cover.
