Jalen McGaughy also has 216 receiving yards as well on the year. On defense, Kyle Moretti leqds CMU with 55 total tackles including a team-high 38 solo tackles while Thomas Incoom has a team-high 7.5 sacks this season.

The Northern Illinois Huskies will look to bounce back from a 24-17 road loss to Ohio to fall to 2-6 last time out. Rocky Lombardi’s thrown for 645 yards, 5 touchdowns and an interception on 66.7% passing while Harrison Waylee has a team-high 727 rushing yards with 5 touchdowns and Antario Brown has 575 rushing yards and a team-high 6 touchdowns this season. Cole Tucker leads the Huskies with 37 catches for 560 yards and 3 scores while Kacper Rutkiewicz has 325 receiving yards and a team-high 5 touchdowns. On defense, Daveren Rayner has a team-high 71 total tackles and 3.5 sacks while Michael Kennedy has a team-high 4.5 sacks and Devonte O’Malley has 3.5 sacks as well this season.

I get the case to be made for the Chips, but the Chippewas offense that came in bunches to start the year against Oklahoma State has simply disappeared over the last month and it’s resulted in CMU being absolutely dreadful ATS this season. Northern Illinois isn’t that much more trustworthy, but they’re at least the more consistent offense and I think at home, they rise up and beat up on the Chippewas. Give me Northern Illinois here.
