Oregon faced off against Oregon State in the last game, and they scored 41 points while the defense gave up only seven. Dante Moore completed 21 of his 31 passes for 305 yards, four touchdowns,and zero interceptions. The defense allowed Maalik Murphy to complete only 5 of his 18 passes for 68 yards.
Oregon on the season, is averaging 50.8 points while their defense is giving up 9.25 points per game. The offense is ranked 7th while the defense is ranked 9th. The offense is obviously going to need to be good, but more importantly, the defense is going to need to make another big statement.

Running back Kaytron Allen finished with 10 carries for 86 yards and a touchdown. Two games ago against FIU, Drew Allar completed 19 of his 33 passes for 200 yards and a touchdown.

Getting any sort of points here with Oregon is a gift. I am not sold on Allar under center, and against Oregon’s defense, he is going to really struggle. Dante Moore has been elite under center for Oregon, and he’s going to have a huge game here. In his last game, he threw for four touchdowns, and he’s going to light up this Penn State defense. Now will Penn State give up 42 points? Yeah, I don’t think so, but they are going to give up more than 10. It wouldn’t shock me if they actually gave up more than 30, and the scoring by Oregon is going to be the difference. Back Oregon to cover the spread.
