Texas Tech vs Houston Prediction

Texas Tech is getting the benefit of the doubt at home and from last year’s success. However, there’s a common opponent in Oregon State, and Houston was more dominant in its meeting. Hammond has to be more consistent against better competition before I can fully buy into this Red Raiders team. Weigman is more of a difference maker at the QB position and that Cougars ground game could suck the life out of this game. Move the chains, eat up the clock, and drown out the crowd.

Houston has the more trustworthy offense, and its defense has held up through two games, whether it’s poor competition or not. I’m not saying Houston will win this game outright but this should be a competitive Big 12 showdown, and we’re getting a hook on top of a key number. Give me the Cougars and the points.
