Penn State comes into this matchup after a heartbreaking loss to Oregon last week, and now they have to fly across the country for another conference clash. The Nittany Lions played a very soft non-conference schedule and they struggled for most of the game last week, so I question how good this team really is. UCLA did look better in the second half in their last game, but they are still winless on the season.
