This week, the LPGA Tour presents Draftkings golf fans with the first major championship of the season, the 2025 Chevron Championship. Let’s take a look at this week’s event from a DFS perspective.
Before I dive into my Draftkings player selections for this tournament, let’s take a quick look at the golf course the field will play and the key player statistics that I think are the most vital to a player’s success at this week’s 2025 Chevron Championship.

2025 Chevron Championship Draftkings Picks
Jeeno Thitikul $10,800
Jeeno Thitikul arrives at the first major championship of the season on the heels of three consecutive top nine finishes on the LPGA Tour, including an impressive fourth-place result at the 2025 Ford Championship three weeks ago.
It should also be noted Jeeno Thitikul finished 12th at the 2024 Chevron Championship.
A Lim Kim $9,500
Since the beginning of January, A Lim Kim has played six events on the LPGA Tour, in those six tournaments just mentioned, Kim compiled five top nine finishes, including a win at the 2025 Hilton Grands Vacations Tournament of Champions.
A Lim Kim certainly checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. Let me be more specific. A Lim Kim is currently ranked third in strokes gained tee to green (1.96), third in strokes gained off the tee (0.87), ninth in strokes gained around the green (0.66) and third in total strokes gained (2.50) on the LPGA Tour.
A Lim Kim has posted a quality result at this week’s major championship in the past. Kim finished fourth at the 2024 Chevron Championship.
Hye Jin Choi $7,600
Hye Jin Choi has accumulated three top 17 finishes in her last five tournaments played on the LPGA Tour, including an 11th place result at the 2025 HSBC Women’s World Championship last month. Choi posted a 17th place finish at the 2023 Chevron Championship.
In summary, I fully expect Hye Jin Choi to play well at this week’s first major championship of the LPGA season.
Carlota Ciganda $7,500
The talented Spaniard has compiled three top 20 finishes in her last four tournaments played on the LPGA Tour, including a 14th place result at the 2025 HSBC Women’s World Championship.
Ciganda is currently ranked eighth in strokes gained tee to green (1.74), third in strokes gained off the tee (0.90), 20th in birdie or better percentage (24.54%) and 14th in strokes gained approach (0.91) on the LPGA Tour.
Additionally, Carlota Ciganda has played well at the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at Carlton Woods previously. Ciganda finished sixth at the 2024 Chevron Championship.
Additional golfers I like to play well at the 2025 Chevron Championship (Draftkings price noted): Nelly Korda $11,200: Jin Young Ko $9,900: Lydia Ko $10,300: Angel Yin $8,800: Brooke Henderson $7,600: Nanna Koertz Madsen $7,800.
