DC Defenders quarterback Jordan Ta’amu has certainly been a key contributor to this Defenders team this season. Having stated that, how has Ta’amu been playing from a statistical standpoint?

Through two games played in 2024, Jordan Ta’amu has accumulated 439 passing yards, 2 passing touchdowns, and 27 rushing yards.

Looking at the data just presented more closely, Ta’amu accumulated 19.2 total Draftkings points in last week’s DC Defenders win over the Houston Roughnecks It has to be said, those are some outstanding offensive numbers from the DC Defenders quarterback.

I like Jordan Ta’amu’s matchup this week. Why? Ta’amu will be facing an Arlington Renegades defense that has had issues containing opposing quarterbacks. In two games played in the UFL this season, the Arlington Renegades are ranked seventh in total Draftkings points allowed a game (21.8) to the quarterback position. Keep in mind that the UFL has a total of eight teams in the league. Having stated, being ranked seventh in any defensive category is not good.

In conclusion, I fully expect Defenders quarterback Jordan Ta’amu to post quality fantasy numbers versus this vulnerable Arlington Renegades defense this week.

Briley Moore-McKinney, WR $2,400

Talented DC Defenders wide receiver Briley Moore-McKinney has been targeted quite often by starting quarterback Jordan Ta’amu in 2024. Let me be more specific. Defenders quarterback Jordan Ta’amu has targeted Briley Moore-McKinney a total of seven times in the first two weeks of the regular season.

Of those seven targets just noted, Briley Moore-McKinney accumulated 7 receptions, 48 receiving yards, and 1 touchdown.

I also like Briley Moore-McKinney’s low Draftkings price of only $2,400. I think Briley Moore-McKinney presents the best fantasy value of any player on this one game slate.
