This week, the DP World Tour presents Draftkings golf fans with the 2025 DP World India Championship. Let’s take a look at this week’s event from a DFS perspective.
Before I dive into my Draftkings picks for this tournament let’s review the golf course the field will play and the key player statistics that I think are the most vital to a golfer’s success at this week’s 2025 DP World India Championship.
Where will the 2025 DP World India Championship be played?
The DP World India Championship will be played at the Delhi Golf Club in New Delhi, India. The golf course is a par 72 that measures approximately 6,912 yards.

I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact DFS lineup.
Having stated that, this article will provide multiple player options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a DraftKings GPP (guaranteed prize pool) contest!
DP World India Championship Draftkings Picks
Rory McIlroy $12,200
Since the beginning of January, Rory McIlroy has played 17 tournaments (PGA and DP World Tours combined). In those 17 events just mentioned, McIlroy compiled twelve top 20 finishes, including four wins (2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am: 2025 Players Championship: 2025 Masters Tournament: 2025 Irish Open).
Rory McIlroy is currently ranked third in strokes gained off the tee (0.671), eighth in strokes gained putting (0.597), second in driving distance (323.1), 14th in scrambling (63.80%), eighth in birdie or better percentage (35.65%), third in total strokes gained (1.543) and seventh in par five scoring average (4.48) on the PGA Tour.
What did we learn from the data just presented? Clearly, Rory McIlroy is playing at a high level entering this week’s DP World Tour event. With that said, I fully expect that trend to continue at the Delhi Golf Club later this week.
Shane Lowry $9,800
Shane Lowry has amassed three top 23 finishes in his last five events played (DP World and PGA Tours combined), including a 15th place the 2025 Irish Open last month.
Due to Shane Lowry’s quality finish at the 2025 Irish Open, I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the tournament to determine how Lowry fared relative to the field.
Upon the completion of four rounds of competitive play at the 2025 Irish Open, in relation to the field, Shane Lowry ranked sixth in strokes gained approach (1.95), second in strokes gained tee to green (3.23), seventh in strokes gained off the tee (1.20) and 16th in total strokes gained (1.95).
John Parry $9,000
The talented Englishman arrives at this week’s event on the heels of two consecutive top 23 finishes on the DP World Tour, including a third place result at the 2025 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship two weeks ago.
Mikael Lindberg $7,900
Mikael Lindberg has tallied three top 17 finishes in his last five tournaments played on the DP World Tour, including a 13th place result at the 2025 Omega European Masters in August.
Additional golfers I like to perform well at this week’s 2025 DP World India Championship (Draftkings price noted): Adrien Saddier $8,600: Anirban Lahiri $9,100: Calum Hill $7,900: Shubhankar Sharma $6,700.
