Draftkings Best 2024 Porsche Singapore Classic Picks

This week, the DP World Tour presents the 2024 Porsche Singapore Classic.  Let’s take a look at this event from a Draftkings perspective.

Where will the 2024 Porsche Singapore Classic be played?

The 2024 Porsche Singapore Classic will be played at the Laguna National Golf Resort Club (Classic Course). The Classic Course is a par 72 that measures approximately 7,420 yards.

I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact Draftkings lineup.

Porsche Singapore Classic Draftkings Player Selections

Jordan Smith $9,600

Two weeks ago, Jordan Smith fired a third round 65 at the 2024 Jonsson Workwear Open en route to an eventual second place finish.

Due to Jordan Smith’s strong finish at the Jonsson Workwear Open, I decided to take a close look at the relevant player statistics for the event to see how Smith fared relative to the field.

Upon the completion of four rounds of competitive play at the 2024 Jonsson Workwear Open, relative to the field, Jordan Smith ranked eighth in strokes gained tee to green (1.77), second in GIR (greens in regulation-83.33%), 17th in strokes gained off the tee (0.78), and first in bogey avoidance (3).

Smith has also played well at the Laguna National Golf Resort Club previously. Smith finished 17th at the 2023 Porsche Singapore Classic.

Andy Sullivan $7,600

The talented Englishman arrives at this week’s DP World Tour event on the heels of two consecutive top 23 finishes, including a fourth-place result at the 2024 SDC Championship three weeks ago.

Similar to Jordan Smith, Sullivan has played well at this event in the past. Sullivan finished 18th at the 2023 Porsche Singapore Open.

Ugo Coussaud $7,400

Ugo Coussaud has accumulated four consecutive top 24 finishes on the DP World Tour, including a second-place result at the 2024 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters five weeks ago.

Wu Ashun $7,300

Wu Ashun has accumulated three top 29 finishes in his last four tournaments played on the DP World Tour, including a ninth-place result at the 2024 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters.

Additionally, Wu Ashun finished 12th at the 2023 Porsche Singapore Classic.
