Top 10 Fantasy Receivers for the 2024 Season

Here I will be counting down the top 10 fantasy receivers for the upcoming season in PPR leagues

Here I will be listing off the top 10 fantasy receivers for the 2024-2025 fantasy football season. Although we are still quite a ways away from the start of the season it is never too early to rank the players. However, it is important to understand that the list is subject to change depending on if teams make trades or players get injured during the offseason.

Note I am ranking these players based off of PPR leagues. Although they will still be good in non-PPR leagues the order of the players would change if I were to be ranking them in standard or half-PPR leagues.

10. Mike Evans

For the last couple of years now “Fantasy Experts” have said Mike Evans was going to heavily decline in production and every year he has proven them wrong especially last year when he put up the second most yards in his career and finished 4th in fantasy points for receivers. Until I see him actually not producing at the same level it is very difficult for me to have him outside of the top 10 fantasy receivers list.

9. Brandon Aiyuk

Choosing between Aiyuk and Deebo was very difficult and although I think Deebo will outscore Aiyuk in a decent amount of games I believe Aiyuk will be more consistent throughout the year putting him in the top 10 and forcing Deebo to fall right outside of this list. Aiyuk is an incredible receiver and if he is able to make a deal with the 49ers will be an elite fantasy receiver this year.

8. Garret Wilson

Garret Wilson has had an unlucky start to his career with inconsistent quarterback play his rookie year, and then last year having Rodgers get injured in the first game of the season causing more inconsistent quarterback play for the rest of the season. We are all aware of Wilson’s talent; the question lies with who will be throwing him the ball.

7. Aj Brown

Brown had a pretty good season last year despite the slow start and end to the season. The big wideout was able to go on a 6 game streak of over 125 yards and 6 receptions, but after that he had only one game making it to 100 yards. Last season the Eagles as a whole fell apart towards the end of the year, but Brown should be a consistent threat this year and a top tier fantasy receiver.

6. Puka Nacua

Nacua was the breakout receiver of the 2023 NFL season seemingly replacing Copper Kupp in that Rams’ offense, although I do believe some people are undervaluing Kupp this year it is safe to say Nacua is the number 1 Wide Receiver in L.A. Being the first option on the same offensive system that made Kupp should benefit Nacua to be a top tier fantasy receiver this season.

5. Amon-Ra St. Brown

St. Brown was great last season finishing 3rd amongst receivers in PPR leagues while missing a game. This Lions’ offense is incredibly explosive and allows multiple players to be top 10 fantasy options at their position, and St. Brown is no exception.

4. Justin Jefferson

Jefferson will be facing a new challenge this upcoming year playing with a new quarterback. We saw last season that he could find success with other quarterbacks, but now he will have to do it for an entire season. Although I believe he will still be a great fantasy option I wonder how Sam Darnold and J.J McCarthy will affect his stats this season.

3. Ja’Marr Chase

Despite having an up and down season last year he was still able to put up over 1200 yards and 7 touchdowns in just 16 games. Despite these good numbers he did have a rough start and finish to the season dealing with new quarterbacks and an injured Joe Burrow. This year if Burrow is able to start hot this year and stay healthy Chase will have a much better year than the previous two seasons.

2. Tyreek Hill

Hill had a great start to the season last year and was the second best fantasy receiver at the end of the season, but he did not preform great in the fantasy playoffs. However, this does not take away from his phenomenal year he had with the Dolphins. Another year in the Dolphins’ offense should bode well for the speedy receiver.

1. CeeDee Lamb

CeeDee Lamb really surprised me last year with how well he preformed. Although he was projected to be top 10 last year seeing him be the best receiver was a shock. I see no reason for Lamb to fall short of best fantasy receiver this season aside from an unfortunate injury.

Ethan Tucker

Ethan joined Sports Chat Place in 2024, but he has been playing fantasy football since elementary school. He has been able to garner 1st place finishes and hopes to help other win their leagues.
