NC Dinos vs. KIA Tigers – 6/16/20 KBO Baseball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

2020-06-16 05:30:00 EDT

The KIA Tigers and NC Dinos meet Tuesday morning in South Korea KBO baseball action.

The KIA Tigers have won four of their last six games and just took two of three games from the SK Wyverns. The KIA Tigers have produced a combined five runs and 13 hits in their last two games and have scored three or less runs in six of their last nine games. In their last effort, Kim Joo-chan and Han Seung-taek combined for one hit and two RBI while Yang Hyun-jong allowed three runs and two hits in seven innings of work. The KIA Tigers have won 19 of their last 31 games overall.

The NC Dinos have split their last six games and lost two of three games against the Kiwoom Heroes. The NC Dinos have produced a combined 14 runs and 24 hits in their last two games and have scored five or more runs in nine of their last 11 games. In their last effort, Na Sung-bum and Aaron Altherr combined for four hits and five RBI while Kim Jin-ho allowed three runs and four hits in 4.1 innings of work. The NC Dinos have won 22 of their last 30 games overall.

The KIA Tigers have won six of the last eight meetings against the NC Dinos and are 2-1 against them this year. Six of the last eight meetings between the Dinos and Tigers have produced single-digit run totals.

The KIA Tigers are probably the only team in the league right now that can say they’ve had consistent recent success against the NC Dinos, and they enter this contest playing some of their better baseball of the season. The NC Dinos are coming off probably their worst week of the season and just lost their first series of the month. This feels like a perfect storm for the KIA Tigers to continue to beat up on the Dinos. With all that said, the NC Dinos are still the best team in the league with a 26-9 record and are a team that’s made us a lot of money as we’ve blindly backed them along the way.

I’m still on the NC Dinos money train.
