The Chicago White Sox and the Houston Astros meet in MLB action from Minute Maid Park on Sunday afternoon.

The Chicago White Sox will try to rebound from a 7-3 loss at the hands of the Astros in their last game. Yoan Moncada and Andrew Vaughn each had an RBI with Vaughn belting a solo home run while Moncada added a double. Yasmani Grandal added a pair of hits as well while Adam Engel and Danny Mendick each had an RBI to make up the rest of the offense for the White Sox in the loss. Lance Lynn took the loss, falling to 7-3 on the year after allowing five earned runs on eight hits while striking out six over four innings of work. Dallas Keuchel will start here and is 6-1 with a 3.78 ERA and 46 strikeouts this season. This will be Keuchel’s first career start against Houston.

The Houston Astros will look to build on Saturday’s win over the White Sox in this one. Robel Garcia led the Astros with three RBIs while Carlos Correa had a solo home run and Michael Brantley went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs. Jose Altuve and Myles Straw each went 2 for 4 at the dish with Altuve adding a double while Yuli Gurriel, Yordan Alvarez and Chas McCormick each had a base hit as well to finish off the offense for the Astros in the victory. Framber Valdez got the win to improve to 4-0 on the year after allowing two earned runs on six hits while striking out five over seven innings of work. Lance McCullers Jr. will start here and is 3-1 with a 2.89 ERA and 62 strikeouts this season. in his career, McCullers Jr. is 2-1 with a 2.22 ERA and 29 strikeouts against the White Sox.

Chicago is 15-7 in their last 22 games overall and 23-52 in their last 75 games as a road underdog while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 game four matchups. Houston is 5-0 in their last 5 games overall and 4-0 in their last 4 games as a favorite while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 Sunday games. The under is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings between these two teams.

This should be a pretty good game with Keuchel pitching against his former team while McCullers Jr. will try to keep his fantastic run going. With that said, the White Sox were in their element on Saturday with their best pitcher on the mound in Lynn against a left-handed starter where they were 18-4 on the year and were handled thoroughly. A ot of these Astros have the book on Keuchel and what he throws, so there won’t be any surprises in this one. All in all, I think the Astros get another W in this one, so I’ll lay the juice with the Astros in this spot.
