Athletics vs White Sox Prediction
I’m on the Athletics here. I get the case to be made for the White Sox as a heavy underdog, as the plus money can be tempting because you don’t normally associate these heavy favorite prices with the Athletics. However, the Athletics have been swinging a hot bat as of late, and I just can’t trust the White Sox to string consistent offense together if I’m being honest. Severino’s faced some tough lineups at home and just held his own against a hot Mets team. I think he can shut down the White Sox here, who continue to struggle to score more than three runs in a game. Give me the Athletics -1.5.
