Los Angeles Angels over 3.5 runs (+110)
The Los Angeles Angels are too much value sitting here at +110. Gerrit Cole has been ultra inconsistent the last few months and is coming off a start where gave up eight runs in 5.1 innings pitched. Look for the Angels to get to him in this game and finish with at least four runs scored.
Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins under 0.5 runs in the first inning (+110)
These two pitchers aren’t getting enough credit for how they have pitched this season. Griffin Jax has been much better as of late, Cal Quantrill has also been strong, sitting with an ERA of 3.13. Look for both teams to struggle to get their offense going early.
Cleveland Indians to win the series (+145)
This is another play based on value, but the Cleveland Indians are going to win the series. The Twins have been playing better as of late, but are still inconsistent, and I don’t think they should be this big of favorites to win the series. Back the Indians at +145.
Kevin Gausman over 6.5 strikeouts (-105)
The Mets love to strike out and Kevin Gausman is going to take advantage of that in this game. In two of Gausman last three starts, he has had at least eight strikeouts. Look for Gausman to be impressive and finish with eight or nine in this game.
