The Los Angeles Dodgers were able to stay alive in the series with a 3-1 win in Game 6 on Friday night. Los Angeles scored all three of their runs in the third inning and they were able to survive the eighth and ninth, where Toronto had two baserunners in both innings. The Dodgers recorded four hits and they committed one error in the game, while they were led by Betts, who went 1-3 with two RBIs in the win. Blue Jays vs Dodgers PredictionÂ
The entire MLB season comes down to just one game, as we are fortunate enough to get a Game 7 in the World Series. Toronto failed to close it out on Friday, but they will still have the home field advantage for this matchup. The Blue Jays have really struggled against Yamamoto in this series, but they have found success against the other starters and they have been the best offense in the playoffs. Los Angeles has scored just six total runs in their last three games, but they did get three runs and five hits against Scherzer over just 4.1 innings on Monday. I would love to know what LA is doing with their pitching in this one, but I have to lean towards the over. I don’t love Scherzer on the mound for Toronto, while the Dodgers have had trouble against this Blue Jays lineup without Yamamoto. Take the over here.Â
