Boston Red Sox vs Oakland Athletics Prediction

Boston comes into this game playing very well over the last six weeks and they are hanging around in the AL East. The Red Sox are just 20-23 at home this year, but they have plenty of momentum coming into this series. Oakland is 12-33 on the road this season, as they are one of the worst road teams in the MLB. The Athletics are starting Joey Estes, who has been fantastic in his last two starts. The Red Sox are going with Brayan Bello, who has an ERA over five on the season and is nowhere near last year’s form. The pitching matchup favors the Athletics, and while I don’t want to go against Boston, my Boston Red Sox vs Oakland Athletics prediction is for Oakland to get the road win.
