The Philadelphia Phillies come into this one looking to bounce back after taking one on the chin on Tuesday in an 8-1 loss to the Reds. Phillies vs. Reds Prediction
I’m on the Reds here. It’s tough for me because the Phillies were playing really well before the winning streak ended on Tuesday, but Lodolo has looked really sharp since returning from injury a couple of starts ago, and while the Phillies lineup is solid, I think Lodolo can have some success here. Turnbull’s been great in his own right but the hitter-friendly confines of Great American Ballpark can be an equalizer against visiting teams and Lodolo already showed he can slow teams down in a hitter’s park. Give me the Reds in this one behind another strong outing from Lodolo.
