The Arizona Diamondbacks and the Los Angeles Dodgers meet Wednesday in MLB action from Dodger Stadium. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best bets for this game. Here’s an LA Dodgers vs Arizona Diamondbacks Prediction.
Starting Pitching Matchup
The Arizona Diamondbacks did not have a starting pitcher announced at the time that this article was posted. Gavin Stone will get the nod for the Dodgers here and is 9-2 with a 2.73 ERA and 70 strikeouts this season. This will be Stone’s second career start against the Diamondbacks.
Arizona Diamondbacks Recap
The Arizona Diamondbacks will be out to bounce back after starting the series with a 6-5 loss at the hands of the Dodgers in Tuesday’s series opener. The loss put the Diamondbacks behind the 8-ball early as they’re at risk of being unable to build on their series win over the Oakland A’s from this past weekend.

Going into Tuesday’s action, Ketel Marte leads the Diamondbacks with 91 hits in addition to a .287 batting average and 19 doubles with 17 home runs and 49 RBIs while Lourdes Gurriel Jr. also has 11 home runs and 48 RBIs as well this season. Corbin Carroll has a team-high 14 stolen bases while Eugenio Suarez has 92 strikeouts this season. Christian Walker also has 17 home runs with a team-high 53 RBIs of his own in addition to 88 strikeouts this season.

Los Angeles Dodgers Recap
The Los Angeles Dodgers will try to keep the heat turned up after escaping with their win in Tuesday’s matchup. The win put the Dodgers on the right track to bounce back from a series loss to the rival San Francisco Giants over the weekend.
Dodgers Still Finding Ways To Get The Job Done
Entering Tuesday’s opener, Shohei Ohtani has 102 hits including a team-high 26 home runs, 21 doubles and 62 RBIs with a .316 batting average while Mookie Betts has 86 hits with 16 doubles, 3 triples, 10 homers and 40 RBIs of his own, but continues to miss time because of an injury. LA Dodgers vs Arizona Diamondbacks Prediction
I’m on the over here. If I had to pick a side, I’d likely be on the Dodgers, but Stone was already hit hard by the Diamondbacks once this season and Arizona’s still decent against right-handed pitching as of late. The problem for Arizona as we’ve seen plenty of times before is that their bullpen is extremely shaky and against a loaded lineup like the Dodgers, it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest to see them get hit. Give me the over in another offensive matchup.
