I was originally looking at the Angels here, but it’s hard for me to get behind the Halos here, especially given all of the injury blows the Angels have dealt with on Tuesday. From Mike Trout’s fractured hand, to Shohei Ohtani’s blister and Anthony Rendon’s injury in between, it’s been rough for the Angels. The Padres have been inconsistent to put it nicely, but I feel they’re the team in the better spot here and I just think that San Diego finds a way to get it done here. Not loving the price, but there’s no backing the Angels for me here.
