Cubs vs. Mariners Prediction
I’m on the Mariners here. I don’t necessarily trust the Mariners bats, but I do trust Bryce Miller at home as he blossomed into a key contributor for Seattle’s rotation last season. The Cubs’ allure after their hot start has worn off, and I don’t love Jordan Wicks as a mainstay in the Cubs’ starting rotation. I think Seattle gets a much-needed win at home to start the series, so give me Seattle in this one.
