Washington Nationals vs Philadelphia Phillies Prediction

I might take a shot on the Nats here. Gore is pitching well over his last pair. In those two he’s a combined 2-0 with just one earned run in 13.0 innings. As for Wheeler, he’s 2-1 in his last three starts with five earned runs in 20.0 total frames. It’ll be a good starter matchup if both guys are on point.

On Friday the Nationals posted six runs in the first two innings and didn’t have much trouble from there. Starter Trevor Williams finished with 5.0 innings, three hits, two walks and five Ks. With a nice start from Gore, Washington should have a decent shot Saturday.
