The Line: San Antonio Spurs -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
Carmelo Anthony is expected to return to the court when the New York Knicks take on the San Antonio Spurs.
The Spurs have won four of their last five and will be looking for a fourth straight win after making light work of the Nets in a 113-92 game on Tuesday. In a game where the Spurs led by 30 points to start the fourth, coach Popovich was able to give all 13 players on the roster some time on the court but it was the usual suspects who led the way in scoring. Tony Parker had a brisk 18 points while Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili added 15 points apiece as San Antonio improved to 25-7 overall and 12-4 at home.

Meanwhile, the Knicks continued to struggle without Carmelo Anthony and Raymond Felton as they've lost four of their last five and their last three straight. On Saturday, Amar'e Stoudemire had a strong outing of 23 points on nine of 12 shooting while Tyson Chandler added 16, but the Knicks just had no answer for Kyle Lowry who burned them with 32 points, or Terrence Ross who made seven threes on his way to 23 points. Anthony sat out his third straight game with a sore left ankle but is listed as probable for tonight's game against the Spurs.
In ATS trends, the Knicks are 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall and 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games against a team with a winning record, while the Spurs are 13-4 ATS in their last 17 games against a team with a losing record but just 2-7 ATS in their last nine home games.
Head to head, the Knicks are 1-3-1 ATS in the last five meetings in San Antonio and the home team is 7-3-1 ATS in the last 11 overall.
With Melo's status for this game still unclear, the bookies have yet to release a line for this game but I can tell you for certain that I'll be taking the Spurs in this game as long as the line isn't ridiculous.
