Mavericks vs Celtics Prediction
I’ve been fading the Boston Celtics and big chalk all season, and it’s paid off up to this point, given their 17-27-1 ATS record. The Mavs also just beat the Thunder as double-digit underdogs. This is also the first time the Celtics and Mavs play since the NBA Finals, so there’s a revenge spot here. Still, I can’t get behind the Mavericks with confidence given their CVS receipt that is their injury report. There are only so many missing bodies a team can overcome and a win here and there doesn’t move the needle for me. A healthy Celtics squad is hard to play with on even terms. When the opponent is missing half its rotation, these games shouldn’t be close. I have no choice but to lay the points with the Celtics on the road given the injury situation.
