The Cleveland Cavaliers pay a visit to the Milwaukee Bucks at the Fiserv Forum on Wednesday night.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been in a rut as they will be looking to snap a four-game skid after falling short to the Timberwolves in a 129-124 loss on Sunday. Darius Garland led the team with a career-high 51 points on 16 of 31 shooting, Lamar Stevens added 15 points while Kevin Love and Cedi Osman each scored 14 points. As a team, the Cavaliers shot 44 percent from the field and 17 of 34 from the 3-point line as they got off to a sluggish start and were always fighting an uphill battle after getting outscored by 40-20 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have been in a rut of their own as they’ve lost three of their last four games and they will be hoping to bounce back after getting thrashed by the Hawks in a 121-106 loss on Monday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 27 points, eight rebounds and four assists, Marjon Beauchamp added 20 points while Bobby Portis chipped in with 14 points off the bench. As a team, the Bucks shot just 41 percent from the field and six of 29 from the 3-point line as they struggled to match an inspired Hawks outfit and were always fighting an uphill battle after leaking 63 points in the first half. Beauchamp was the only starter to hit a 3-pointer and the Bucks committed 15 turnovers to the Hawks’ nine turnovers.

Looking at the betting trends, the Cavaliers are 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record, 15-7 ATS in their last 22 games playing on two days’ rest and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall. The Bucks are 6-2 ATS in their last eight home games, 5-2 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record and 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games overall.

Head to head, the over is 19-7 in the last 26 meetings in Milwaukee, the Cavaliers are 2-6 ATS in the last eight meetings in Milwaukee and the Cavaliers are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings overall.

The cavaliers have ruled out Jarrett Allen and Dean Wade while Donovan Mitchell remains a game-time decision. The Bucks have a litany of injuries themselves as Khris Middleton and Grayson Allen are both out, while Jrue Holiday and Pat Connaughton are both questionable. The Cavaliers have been hit hard by injuries and not even a 51-point performance was enough to get them past the Timberwolves on Sunday. The Bucks have cooled off a bit since their hot start to the season, but they should be able to take advantage of the Cavaliers if Mitchell isn’t able to suit up.
