The Los Angeles Clippers and the Milwaukee Bucks duke it out at the Fiserv Forum on Friday night.

The Los Angeles Clippers have been in a slump as they’ve lost six of their last seven games overall and they will be hoping to bounce back after coming up short against the Bulls in a 135-130 overtime road loss last night. Reggie Jackson led the team with 34 points and seven assists, Paul George added 22 points with five assists while Marcus Morris chipped in with 20 points. As a team, the Clippers shot 50 percent from the field and 16 of 36 from the 3-point line as they got off to a quick start and looked to be in control after building a 16-point lead, but they couldn’t hold off the Bulls and eventually fell in overtime as they had no answer for the Bulls’ DeMar DeRozan who torched them for 50 points.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have been in great shape as they’ve won 12 of their last 15 games overall and they will be aiming for a third straight win after outlasting the Nets in a 120-119 overtime road win last night. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the team with 44 points, 14 rebounds and six assists, Jrue Holiday added 19 points with eight rebounds, four assists and six steals while Khris Middleton chipped in with 16 points, nine rebounds and four assists before he got ejected. As a team, the Bucks shot 44 percent from the field and 12 of 41 from the 3-point line as they closed the final 3:01 of the fourth quarter on an 11-2 run to force overtime where they held on for the narrow win as the Nets’ last shot rimmed out.

Looking at the betting trends, the Clippers are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record and 1-5 ATS in their last six games overall. The Bucks are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games, 5-0 ATS in their last five games against a team with a losing record and 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games playing on zero days’ rest.

Head to head, the over is 5-2 in the last seven meetings overall and the Clippers are 1-3-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Milwaukee.

The Clippers have been in poor form and they might still be licking their wounds after getting beaten by the Bulls last night, while the Bucks have been on a tear lately and they will be full of confidence after outlasting the Nets in a thriller last night. The Clippers are only 1-6 ATS in their last seven road games and they’ve already gotten blown out by the Bucks earlier in the season, so I’m sticking with the red-hot Bucks to get the job done at home.
