The Orlando Magic have been in a bit of a rut as they’ve lost five of their last seven games overall and they will be hoping to snap a three-game skid after getting beaten by the Heat in a 115-106 loss last night. Cole Anthony led the team in scoring with 20 points off the bench, Franz Wagner added 15 points with six rebounds and five assists while Jalen Suggs and Moritz Wagner scored 11 points each. As a team, the Magic shot 46 percent from the field and nine of 36 from the 3-point line, but they let themselves down on the defensive end and were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing the Heat to pour in 43 points in the second quarter to put them behind by 24 points.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have been in red-hot form as they’ve won 10 of their last 12 games overall and they will be eager to build on their current five-game win streak after routing the slumping Spurs in a 132-119 home win on Tuesday. Damian Lillard led the team with 40 points on 14 of 22 shooting, Bobby Portis provided the spark off the bench with 23 points, Khris Middleton scored 17 points while Giannis Antetokounmpo tallied a triple-double of 11 points with 14 rebounds and 16 assists. As a team, the Bucks shot 47 percent from the field and 18 of 49 from the 3-point line as they took control of the contest right away, opening the game on a 27-9 run and building on the lead until it ballooned to 24 points at one stage.

The Magic are still a little shorthanded with Markelle Fultz and Joe Ingles both out, while the Bucks are keeping an eye on Giannis Antetokounmpo who is questionable with a right midfoot sprain. The Magic have gone cold lately after a strong start to the season and they now have to battle the Bucks on zero days’ rest. The Bucks have continued to pile up the wins despite some injuries to key players and I think that will be the case again as Damian Lillard is starting to hit his groove with his new team. The line is a bit heftier than I’d like, especially with Antetokounmpo under an injury cloud, but I will still go with the Bucks to stay hot with another win here.
