As a team, the Spurs shot 47 percent from the field and 15 of 41 from the 3-point line as they played solid defense to keep the Suns to just 21 points in the first quarter before they caught fire and poured in 34 points in the third quarter to lead by as many as 16 points despite playing without Victor Wembenyama who is set to miss the rest of the season with a blood clot in his shoulder. The Spurs would’ve gained plenty of confidence from last night’s win over the Suns, but I just don’t feel like we’re getting enough points from the bookies with the Spurs playing this one on zero days rest. With that being said, I am leaning towards the Pistons to come away with the narrow win and cover on the road in this spot.
