The Las Vegas Raiders will also look to build off of a season-opening win, with theirs coming in the form of a 34-30 win over Carolina last time out. Derek Carr threw for 239 yards and a touchdown on 22 of 30 passing while Josh Jacobs ran for 93 yards and 3 touchdowns to lead the Raiders’ ground attack. New Orleans is 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games overall and 35-16 ATS in their last 51 road games while the over is 5-2 in their last 7 Monday games. Las Vegas is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall and 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a home underdog while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 Monday games. The road team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings between these two teams.

I get that the Saints are one of the better defensive teams in the NFL, which is saying something after being one of the worst in the league not long ago, and they just held a talented Bucs team to just 23 points in week 1. With that said, the Saints probably put up another 30+ spot here against a Raiders team that’s definitely prioritizing offense first, and I expect the Raiders to hold their own on the scoreboard as well. Even in week 2, I thought we would see a higher total than what’s here, but I’ll take it as less wood to chop. Give me the over in this one.
