The Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears meet Saturday in NFL action from Soldier Field in Chicago. Here’s a Bears vs Packers prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Bears vs Packers pick.
Green Bay Packers Betting Preview
The Packers opened on a 2-1-1 run with wins over the Lions and Commanders followed by a loss to the Browns and a tie versus the Cowboys. After the bye Green Bay beat the Bengals, Cardinals and Steelers before losses to the Panthers and Eagles. The Packers would then beat the Giants, Vikings, Lions and Bears on the way to a 9-3-1 overall run across their first 13 games of the season.
In the Broncos game on Sunday, the Packers held a modest 16-14 edge at halftime. Green Bay managed to score in every quarter but still lost 34-26 in the end. QB Jordan Love had a 24-of-40 line for 276 yards, one TD and one pick. Josh Jacobs added 12 carries for 73 yards and a score while Matthew Golden had three catches for 55 yards.
Chicago Bears Betting Preview
Over on the Bears’ side, they went into the bye at 2-2 thanks to wins over the Cowboys and Raiders after losses to the Vikings and Lions. Chicago lost to only the Ravens and Packers over the next nine games, otherwise beating the Commanders, Saints, Bengals, Giants, Vikings, Steelers and Eagles. That would give Chicago a 9-4 overall record in their first 13 outings of the year.
Matched up against Cleveland on Sunday the Bears scored 14 points in both the first and third quarters on the way to a 31-3 blowout win at home. Caleb Williams had a 17-of-28 result for 242 yards and two touchdowns while lead rusher D’Andre Swift had 18 carries for 98 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Luther Burden led the receivers on 84 yards from six catches.

Bears vs Packers Prediction
I’ll stick with the Packers, but you could call this one either way. It’ll be a good game. Green Bay fell victim to a charmed Broncos team last weekend, giving up 391 yards, 302 pass yards and 21 first downs—but did pretty well on third downs with a 4-of-11 result defensively. The offense had a couple of interceptions and the team committed 10 overall penalties in a fairly sloppy effort. The loss snaps a four-game win streak but Green Bay has still scored 23 or more points in five straight.
The last time these teams met up back on December 7 in Green Bay, the Packers recorded a 28-21 win. In that one Green Bay had a nice offensive day on 337 yards, 6.5 yards per play, 17 first downs and 8-of-12 on third-down tries. Chicago gained 315 yards on the other side with 21 first downs and 8-of-16 on third downs. This rematch is sure to be another close one if both teams play to their capabilities.
