The Tennessee Titans and the Chicago Bears meet Sunday in NFL action from Soldier Field. Here’s a Chicago Bears vs Tennessee Titans prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Bears vs Titans pick.

Tennessee Titans Betting Preview

The Titans posted a pretty rough season in 2023, going 6-11 overall. That result would be a step back from the season before, as Tennessee landed in last place among the AFC South. It would lead to head coach Mike Vrabel’s firing in the offseason.

The good news for the Titans heading into this year’s campaign is their 3-0 preseason record (even though every game was close). Tennessee kicked things off with a 17-13 win over the San Francisco 49ers, then a 16-15 victory versus the Seattle Seahawks, and a 30-27 victory versus the New Orleans Saints.

Chicago Bears Betting Preview

Over on the Bears’ side, they couldn’t do much better in their 2023 campaign. Chicago ended up 7-10 overall, which led to a last-place finish in the NFC North. It also meant the number-one overall draft pick for the second consecutive year (traded in 2023), utilized on QB Caleb Williams.

Chicago was also able to run the table in preseason matchups this August. The Bears began with a 21-17 Hall of Fame Game win over the Houston Texans, then three wins 33-6 over the Buffalo Bills, 27-3 over the Cincinnati Bengals, and 34-21 versus the Kansas City Chiefs.

Chicago Bears vs Tennessee Titans Prediction

I’m staying with the Bears. I like Chicago to come out strong at home and kick the Caleb Williams era off on a high note. We may not see a ton of improvement from the offense just yet (even with first-round pick Rome Odunze on the field), however, there should be some indications of greater things to come. Tennessee’s secondary should be pretty good in 2024, so Chicago will likely have to work the ball down the field in smaller chunks.

On the other side of the ball, Chicago does have a good defense on paper. There are some questions about the Tennessee offense this year, so it’s a promising matchup for the Bears to start out on.
