Cowboys vs Saints Prediction

Those who have followed me over the years know my handicapping in preseason is all about the quarterback position. The rest of the positions are toss-ups, and you have no idea who is going to play nd for how long. The one constant thing is decent quarterback play and the guys who can put points on the board.

The Saints are coming off a dreadful performance where they didn’t look good on either side of the ball and were shut out. The Saints also are winless in their last 7 preseason games. The Cowboys are getting after it defensively through two exhibitions, and Milton is quietly playing like a legit backup quarterback. We knew the athleticism was there, but he’s making good decisions and taking what the defense gives him. You have to be pleased with how the Cowboys look. Well, at least for now. The line is soft. I’ll lay the points with the Cowboys for an undefeated preseason.
