The New York Giants and the Denver Broncos meet Sunday in NFL action from Empower Field at Mile High. Here’s a Broncos vs Giants prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Broncos vs Giants pick.
New York Giants Betting Preview
The Giants kicked off the season with a couple of divisional losses, dropping games to the Washington Commanders and the Dallas Cowboys. After another loss to the Chiefs, New York finally got a win over the Chargers in week four. That was followed by a 26-14 loss to the Saints, however. In that one New York’s offense went just 3-of-10 on third downs and had a whopping five turnovers (three lost fumbles). The defense gave up 332 yards, 18 first downs and 5.4 yards per play on the other side during the defeat.
The good news for the Giants is that they finally got a rivalry win over the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles last Thursday. New York was up 20-17 by the break and held the Eagles scoreless the rest of the way in a 34-17 victory. Jaxson Dart was 17-of-25 for 195 yards and a touchdown (along with a rush score), while Cameron Skattebo carried 19 times for 98 yards and three scores as the top rusher. Wan’Dale Robinson led the team in receiving with six catches for 84 yards and a touchdown of his own.
Denver Broncos Betting Preview
Over on the Denver side, they were pretty uneven across their first several games. Denver beat the Tennessee Titans, Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles in their first quintet of outings while otherwise falling to the Chargers and Colts in that time. In their 21-17 win on the road versus the Eagles on October 5, the Broncos went just 5-of-16 on third downs but came up with a decent 358 total yards and 23 first downs. The defense held the Eagles to just 2-of-11 on third downs and 16 first downs as well.
Last Sunday matched up against the lowly New York Jets in London, the Broncos were up 10-6 going into the second half. Denver secured a fourth-quarter field goal in the end to complete a 13-11 comeback victory. QB Bo Nix finished with a 19-of-30 line for 174 yards and a score while JK Dobbins added 14 carries for 40 yards. Evan Engram had five catches for 42 yards as the team’s leading receiver and Nate Adkins caught the touchdown.

Broncos vs Giants Prediction
I’ll stay with the Giants but I’m probably not touching this one. New York put up a nice effort versus the rival Eagles in their latest outing last Thursday, posting 366 yards total, 172 rush yards, 5.5 yards per play, 25 first downs and a great 11-of-16 on third downs. The defense held Philly to just 1-of-9 on third-down conversion attempts and came up with a couple of takeaways as well. Don’t look now, but the Giants have won two of their last three games and they’ve scored 21 or more points in three of six outings so far. Could it all blow up this weekend, though? Sure, but it could also be a sign of the team coming together (finally).
As for Denver, they had some trouble putting away a Jets team that was downright miserable on offense. New York posted just 82 total yards in the Broncos win—including negative-10 yards passing and 1.4 yards per play. Denver held the Jets to just eight first downs and 2-of-15 on third-down conversions. All of that said, the Broncos weren’t great on offense themselves; this was more a case of the lowly Jets being bad. This is another winnable game for Denver but I like the Giants to show a lot more life and potentially bang out a cover.
