The Tennessee Titans and Arizona Cardinals square off Saturday in week 3 NFL preseason action from Nissan Stadium.

The Arizona Cardinals will look to rebound from a 24-17 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in their last game. Trace McSorley threw for 229 yards and a pair of interceptions on 18 of 34 passing while Jarrett Guarantano threw for 37 yards and a TD and also rushed for 15 yards. McSorley had the rushing TD for the Cards in the loss while Victor Bolden led the Cardinals with 5 grabs for 66 yards and Andy Isabella had 5 catches of his own for 54 yards. Greg Dortch added 4 catches for 47 yards and Jontre Kirklin had the Cardinals’ lone receiving TD as well in the loss. On defense, Christian Matthew led the Cardinals with 7 total tackles, all solo, while Jonathan Ledbetter and Devon Kennard combined for a sack and Chandler Wooten had 6 total tackles, 5 solo and an interception in the losing effort.

The Tennessee Titans will look to build on their 13-3 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their last matchup. Malik Willis threw for 80 yards and a touchdown on 7 of 17 passing while also rushing for 42 yards on 5 carries. Logan Woodside threw for 56 yards and an INT on 7 of 11 passing while Hassan Haskins had 39 rushing yards and Julius Chestnut added 35 rushing yards as well. Reggie Roberson Jr. also led the Titans with 4 catches for 47 yards while Chigoziem Okonkwo added a touchdown grab for Tennessee. David Anenih, Ola Adeniyi, Da’Shawn Hand and Rashad Weaver all had sacks as well for the Titans in the winning effort on the defensive side of the ball.

Arizona is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall and 18-7-2 ATS in their last 27 road games while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games overall. Tennessee is 3-8 ATS in their last 11 Saturday games while the under is 5-0 in their last 5 home games.

I get the reasoning for backing either side here, but I’m looking at the under in this one. The Cardinals almost seem disinterested with the preseason and it took a late comeback to really make their loss to the Ravens look respectable and it’s going to be tough going up against this Titan defense. On the other side, the Titans are just trying to make it to the regular season healthy and I think this is just going to be a game where there’s a lot of mucking around between the 20s and as such, I like the under a lot here.
