The Tennessee Titans and Las Vegas Raiders clash Sunday in a week 3 NFL game from Nissan Stadium.

The Las Vegas Raiders will look for their first win of the season after a 29-23 OT loss to Arizona last time out. David Carr has thrown for 547 yards, 4 touchdowns and 3 interceptions on 61.8% passing while Josh Jacobs leads the Raiders in rushing with 126 rushing yards this season. Davante Adams leads the Raiders with 12 grabs and 153 receiving yards with 2 touchdowns while Darrn Waller has 129 receiving yards as well this season. On defense, Divine Deablo has a team-high 22 total tackles while Nate Hobbs and Johnathan Abram each have a team-high 15 solo tackles this season.

The Tennessee Titans will also be on the hunt for their first win after being dismantled by Buffalo by a final score of 41-7 last time out. Ryan Tannehill has thrown for 383 yards. 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions on 58.5% passing while Derrick Henry leads the Titans with 107 rushing yards so far this season. Treylon Burks leads the Titans with 102 receiving yards while Dontrell Hilliard has a pair of touchdowns. On defense, Kevin Byard has a team-high 19 total tackles as well as 14 solo tackles and Rashad Weaver and Jeffery Simmons each have a pair of sacks. Amani Hooker also has an interception for the Titans this season.

Las Vegas is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games and 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games against a team with a losing record while the under is 6-1 in their last 7 games overall. Tennessee is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a loss and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games overall while the under is 6-0 in their last 6 home games.

This is an interesting matchup on paper and when you look at where the line is, but I’m still looking at the Titans here. It may not be the sexiest pick considering how bad the Titans were manhandled on Monday night and they come in on a short week here. However, the Raiders’ collapse was some of the worst attempts at tackling and “defense” that I’ve seen in some time across the board. I think both coaches will lay into their guys for their performances in week 2, but I think Mike Vrabel is a lot scarier of a head coach and will likely fire his guys up a lot more than Josh McDaniels will. The Titans need a get-right game and I think this is it. Give me the Titans at home.
