The Bruins are 5-1 in their last 6 road games and 10-3 in their last 13 overall. The Islanders are 5-1 in their last 6 home games and 3-8 in their last 11 Thursday games. The under is 14-6 in Bruins last 20 road games. The under is 4-0-1 in Islanders last 5 overall. The Bruins are 18-5 in the last 23 meetings in New York and 9-3 in the last 12 meetings.
The Boston Bruins are simply playing the better and more consistent hockey this season and have owned the Islanders over the years, so it's not a surprise they're the favorites here. However, as I've said many times in the past, the New York Islanders are a team I have a hard time turning down plus money with, as they're one of the better coached teams in the league and get after it defensively. I'll keep taking the Islanders and the favorable prices.
