Canadiens vs Hurricanes Prediction

I’m on Montreal here. Both teams aren’t in the greatest of form down the stretch, but if we just look at this from a motivation perspective, the Hurricanes have nothing but pride and spoiler to play for here. They have a back-to-back to close out the regular season. Not to mention, Carolina’s been far less effective on the road this year. Montreal has a chance to control their own destiny and lock up a playoff spot on their terms with the Columbus Blue Jackets surging and breathing down their necks. If we just focus on who is more motivated, we’re getting the Canadiens at a steal of a price here. Give me Montreal.
